A seasoned Regional Chief Information Officer, Arun has led IT teams and spearheaded customer advisory initiatives to support field sales growth and align IT with business goals. His leadership experience includes senior roles at Cisco, Cadence, and VeriFone, where he was recognized for his strategic vision and operational excellence.

Prashant Tyagi is an advisor to blaZop on cloud and security strategy, bringing over 20 years of experience in cloud data and security across both Silicon Valley startups and major global enterprises. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering from IIT Delhi, an MBA from IIM Bangalore, and a Master’s in Computer Science from Clemson University, USA.
Currently, Prashant leads the Global Go-to-Market Technology Strategy and Enablement at CyberArk, focusing on technology alignment and security solutions. Previously, he led solutions architecture and multi-cloud security initiatives at AWS, specializing in digital-native customers and contributing to a 30% year-over-year revenue growth. Prashant has also held executive roles at Thermo Fisher Scientific, GE Digital, and Cisco, where he drove digital and cloud transformation initiatives.
Advisor, Infrastructure Strategy
Plamen Nedeltchev serves as blaZop’s Infrastructure Strategy Advisor, bringing over 80 patents and 60 publications in advanced networking, AI-driven infrastructure, and IoT. With a Ph.D. in Computer Science, his research focused on the design and development of internetwork communications.
A former Distinguished Engineer at Cisco, Plamen led major initiatives in next-generation networking, network security, and machine learning for network intelligence. He was instrumental in Cisco’s IoT and hybrid cloud architecture, earning awards such as the Pioneer Award for Cisco Technology and the IT World Awards Gold Award for IoT leadership.
Plamen is also an expert in AIOps, with work spanning cross-domain observability and model-driven operations, recognized by a 2023 Stevie® Award for Technology Department of the Year. Additionally, he is a published Cisco Press author and two-time Pioneer Award winner. His extensive expertise supports blaZop’s strategic direction in digital infrastructure and network innovation.
